In these pages, I explore the landscape of surrender, hope, and grief. I found freedom in consenting to many paths I did not choose. An unwelcome divorce, hidden sexual abuse, and the death of my beloved son each led me on a journey of healing, transformation, and restoration. I never expected to find beauty and freedom in living with a heart broken open, but in faith, grief led me to my truest, most beloved self.
